An Extra virgin olive oil with a robust aroma and an exceptional fresh taste. L’Oliveraie de Castel Intense and Fruity will surprise you with the delicacy of its rounded, balanced flavour.
The 2012 vintage has an intense green hue and vibrant, spiced notes of fresh grass, tomatoes and green olives, finishing with a slight bitterness of artichoke and thistle.
Grilled meats from the barbecue or the oven, spiced sauces and condiments, vegetable soups and legumes.
Extra virgin olive oil obtained exclusively by mechanical cold pressing.
